This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments made through Bookmyguest, an online platform facilitating bookings for Hotels & Resorts, Travel services, and Real Estate properties.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Bookmyguest accepts the following payment methods:
- UPI & Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
- Bank Transfers (for select high-value transactions)
- International Payments (for eligible listings)
2. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required to confirm a booking.
- Payment breakdown (deposit and balance) will be shown before confirmation.
- All payments are processed ₹ Rupee, unless stated otherwise.
3. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment.
- You will receive confirmation via Email and/SMS/WhatsApp with all relevant booking details.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each listing (Hotel, Travel package, or Real Estate service) has its own cancellation and refund terms, displayed clearly during the booking process. General guidelines:
- Hotels & Resorts: Free cancellation within a specified window. Late cancellations may incur charges.
- Travel Services: Subject to the provider's terms; some may be non-refundable.
- Real Estate Services: Consultation or site-visit fees may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Payment Disputes
In case of payment discrepancies or unauthorized transactions:

- Bookmyguest will investigate and resolve genuine issues promptly.
6. Taxes & Charges
- All prices shown include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Service charges may apply and will be transparently disclosed before payment.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure all transactions are safe. Bookmyguest does not store your full payment details on our servers.
8. Third-Party Providers
Payments for certain listings may be processed directly through third-party partners or vendors. In such cases, their payment terms may apply.
9. Changes to the Policy
Bookmyguest reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. We recommend users review it periodically for any changes.
