BOOKMYGUEST – Refund Policy

BOOKMYGUEST is an online booking platform that facilitates services across multiple categories including Hotels, Cab Bookings, Real Estate, Event Programs, and Entertainment. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may be eligible for refunds.

1. General Terms

BOOKMYGUEST is a facilitator and not the direct service provider. Refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers (Hotels, Cab operators, Property agents, Event/Entertainment organizers).

Refund requests must be initiated via the official BOOKMYGUEST support channels.

Processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.

Any platform service charges are non-refundable unless specified.

2. Hotels & Resort Bookings

Full Refund: For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in time, provided the hotel allows free cancellation.

Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours, deductions apply as per the hotel's cancellation policy.

Non-Refundable: Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show: No refunds for no-shows unless justified by emergencies and accepted by the hotel.

3. Cab Bookings

Full Refund: If cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 12 hours, a cancellation fee will be deducted.

Driver No-Show: Full refund or free rescheduling if the driver fails to arrive.

Customer No-Show: No refund applicable.

4. Real Estate Services

Reservation/Visit Charges paid through BOOKMYGUEST are non-refundable, unless:

The property is unavailable or misrepresented.

The appointment is cancelled by the agent or owner.

Payments related to property bookings, rentals, or agreements are governed by direct terms between the customer and the real estate party.

5. Event Programs (e.g., Seminars, DJ Nights, Campfires, etc.)

Full Refund: If cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the event.

Partial Refund: If cancelled within 72 hours, subject to organizer policy.

No Refund: For no-shows or last-minute cancellations unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Event Cancellation/Postponement: In case of organizer cancellation or rescheduling, full refund or event credit will be offered.

6. Entertainment Services (Adventure Parks, Shows, etc.)

Full Refund: For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the entry date, where the provider allows cancellations.

No Refund: For bookings labeled as “No Cancellation” or if the customer fails to attend without prior notice.

Force Majeure: If services are canceled due to weather or legal restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be considered case-by-case.

Proof of payment and booking ID must be provided.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Special Cases & Exceptions

Force Majeure: Natural disasters, government restrictions, or uncontrollable situations will be considered for partial/full refunds based on service provider input.

Payment Gateway Charges: Non-refundable unless the issue was platform-side.

Multiple Bookings: Refunds for group or bundled bookings will be processed per booking unit as per each service's terms.
