- Chitta: Specifies the nature of land (wetland/dry land) and ownership details.
- Patta transfer is necessary after registration.
5. Property Tax Receipts
- Latest property tax payment receipts to ensure no dues to the local authority.
6. Approved Building Plan & Completion Certificate (for constructed property)
- If purchasing a built-up property, ensure approval from local authorities (CMDA, DTCP, or Panchayat).
- Completion Certificate (CC) is required if the construction is completed.

10. Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
